A Public Service Recruitment Board was set up on December 31, 1954. the coming into force of the “Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir State” on 26th of January 1957, “Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission” was established, under section 128 of the Constitution of J&K, on September 2, 1957.

Name of the post Jammu and Kashmir public service commission (jkpsc) 2016 apply online

 

1.Assistant Engineer (Accounts) Examination in accordance with the provisions laid down in J&K       Engineers (Accounts Examination) Rules, 1973 and J&K Public Service Commission (Conduct         of Examinations) Rules, 2005.

2. IAS (Probationers) Examination in accordance with the rules and syllabus sanctioned vide SRO 455 dated 15.11.1968 and J&K Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examination) Rules, 2005.
3. Labour Inspector/Labour Officers Examination in accordance with the provisions laid down in SRO 103 dated 27.03.1982 and J&K Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examinations) Rules, 2005.
4. Executive Engineer (Accounts) Examination in accordance with the provisions laid down in J&K Engineers (Accounts) Examination Rules, 1973 and J&K Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examinations) Rules, 2005.

How To Apply For Jammu And Kashmir Public Service Commission (Jkpsc)

• COMMISSION has developed online application . Candidates will be filling up the Application Forms will be available at the website of the Commission from 04.01.2016.
• Instructions and all the eligibility conditions prescribed for the examination before filing the online Application Form.
• Candidates will also be required to submit in person or by the registered/speed post a hard copy of the downloaded online application form, alongwith copy of the bank challan duly stamped by the J&K Bank Branch concerned and Eligibility Certificate from the concerned Competent Authority within five days after depositing fee, in the Office of the Public Service Commission at Reshamgarh Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu or Solina, Srinagar or as the case may be.
• The Commission will not be responsible for any postal/courier delays after the above prescribed last date.
